“Low Carb Diets” on the way out...Taste is Back!!!

Seeing a "low-carb" diet by the way is a somewhat reflective process, not that I was a proponent of the ketogenic diet unless you have juvenile epilepsy, but putting the "low-carb or ketogenic diet" at the forefront. Bringing up our American Society meant that more people were being educated about obesity, food and eating.

This acceptance of food was surprising and became overwhelming, causing restaurant chains and some farmers to actually suffer from these modern diets, with people losing farms in their families over the years, businesses that lost jobs and economic growth in a field. Give stability, have gone out of business or lost business, all on one diet, without doing any research on the side effects of "not eating", what these diets restrict.

"What side effects?" you ask. OK, so you've lost a bunch of weight by eating a lot of meat and fat, your cholesterol numbers may not be out of reach, but, have you checked your bowels lately? You know, eating so much meat and fat can only do one thing for your intestines and colon, and that is by-products of intestinal decay. Very disgusting, huh?

As you get older, you lose the ability to digest food, as you did when you were a child, and you have a lot of enzymes. Sometimes, it just comes from age, but sometimes it comes from illness and antibiotic use, the thing is, a low-carb diet started you on a food that you wouldn't be able to absorb anyway. , so you're not absorbing vitamins and minerals that your body needs to start, process, or finish certain vital functions.

"So what's the harm", you might say, "I've lost weight and feel great, and I don't feel sick". You probably won't. There are diseases you never notice until it is too late. One of the major causes of colon cancer is excessive consumption of meat and fat, and the system's inability to digest that protein and fat. When enough damage is done, you don't absorb minerals and vitamins, and you start to develop other, more serious problems like cancer.

I have to admit, that "Atkins" type of diet advocates not eating processed and manufactured foods that break down into sugars so fast that you can almost hear your nerves running! And it's still true, the human body was designed to do the job of breaking down complex carbohydrates into more simply usable energy. Breaking down a whole grain, fresh vegetable or fruit product also takes a certain amount of energy, so not only does your body use the energy to break down this healthy food, but you also get the benefits of lots of fiber, Which will keep your energy up. The intestine and colon are clean and functioning well.

So, what's the next trend, I think the next trend is going to be "old fashion" weight loss plans. It is a tried and true method of weight loss that anyone can do and it tastes great. This will include eating healthy, low or slow absorbed carbohydrates, counting and burning calories, and exercising! A balanced diet, along with knowing how many calories you need to eat per day, is a way to either maintain your weight, or to lose weight, and to give your bones and muscles a reason to stay strong. An exercise program, not a modern kind of diet, but a healthy lifestyle you can stick with for the rest of your life, still has room for the occasional treat. "Low carb" is out, the new trend is "healthier and better taste ratio".
